- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor Maine graduated with Dean’s Award. Volunteered with Soaring Eagles ProBono Clinic, Treasurer for Fighting Eagles Parkinson Boxing Club.
- Maxwell has worked with the Norris Cotton Cancer Center at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center providing physical therapy to patient’s pre- surgery and post-surgery, during chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy and radiation therapy. Maxwell has been an active participant in Tumor Boards for Gastrointestinal Tumor Board, Breast Tumor Board, and Head and Neck Tumor Board as well as physician meetings in GI hematology Oncology.
- Maxwell is a certified lymphedema therapist CLT through Klose Training Lymphedema Certification.
- Maxwell has worked for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center working with the Post Acute COVID-19 Clinic where he has treated long haul COIVD-19 working alongside Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Neurology, Cardiology, Neuropsychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Primary Care. Maxwell was part of developing resources for patients suffering from long haul COVID-19 for residents of New Hampshire and Vermont, and beyond. Maxwell sat on the PACS ECHO board to help healthcare workers work through difficult cases with long haul COVID-19.
- Maxwell has worked with Pulmonology and Respiratory Therapy providing Pulmonary Rehab for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for a wide range of pulmonary conditions.
- Maxwell is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Chapters of Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Private Practice Section and State of New Hampshire.
- Board member of the Reeno Foundation helping children and young adults get outside through scholarships to camps, and powerful outdoor experiences.
- Maxwell has worked for Northern Vermont University as an Adjunct Professor.
